Sourcing · Testing · Warehousing

The supply chain behind India's clean-food brands.

We source from farmer producer organisations, check every lot at intake, get it tested by an independent lab and store each batch separately, so your brand can prove what it promises, batch by batch.

The problem

Most brands cannot say where their raw material came from.

Grain usually passes through mandis, aggregators and traders before it reaches a brand. By then, the record of where it was grown and how it was handled is lost.

No record of origin

Brands selling on a clean-food promise often cannot show which farm or region a lot came from.

Too many hands

Buying through several traders means quality varies lot to lot, prices move without warning and stock runs short in lean months.

Mixed storage

Different lots are often stored together, so one bad batch can affect the rest and nobody can say which is which.

What we do

Sourcing, testing and storage, handled by one team.

If something goes wrong with a batch, you call one team. We handle it from the farm gate to your dock.

Sourcing

Direct from farmer producer organisations.

We buy at the farm gate from four partner FPOs, based in Baigachak, Singdev, Raptapni and Samnapur. Every lot is logged against the FPO and the village it came from.

Testing

Checked by us. Tested by an independent lab.

Our team checks every lot at intake for moisture, grading and foreign matter. Samples then go to Vasudha Analytical Labs, NABL accredited, for pesticide residue, aflatoxin and heavy metals. A batch moves forward only after both clear.

Warehousing

Every batch stored on its own.

Each lot gets its own bay and its own batch ID. That ID stays with the lot until it is dispatched to you.

How a batch moves

Six steps, all on record.

Each step is logged against the batch ID. The full record goes to you with the lot.

  1. 01

    Intake

Produce is collected from our partner FPO and logged with its origin.

  2. 02

    In-house checks

Our team checks every lot at intake for moisture, grading and foreign matter.

  3. 03

    Lab testing

Samples go to Vasudha Analytical Labs, which tests each batch against the agreed parameters.

  4. 04

    Storage

Cleared lots go into separate bays under their batch ID.

  5. 05

    Documentation

Origin, check results, lab report and storage details are compiled into one batch record.

  6. 06

    Dispatch

The lot ships to you on schedule, with its record.
